The owner, Crystal was very responsive. Any question or concerns I had, she was very quick on responding. She also provided suggestions on activities around the island. Being our first time on this island, we had a wonderful stay in her property. I do like how it is conveniently located to stores and restaurant. Her unit was really a central location. I would definitely consider staying at this unit next time we are back on the island.

Nice and centrally located. We looked around and it is perfectly everythingā€¦. Itā€™s not too fancy and just a perfect combination of life. If your snobby then itā€™s not for you but if your a mid lifer then you will love it. We think itā€™s amazing and everything we needed.

Disgusting.

We check it in from a 6 hour flight to find out our room wasnā€™t cleaned. Towels everywhere and used condoms on the bed. Yuk. Donā€™t recommend this.

Lovely property

The unit and grounds were lovely, with hot tubs, pools, and secluded beaches. The room was very comfortable and itā€™s patio had a nice view of the pool areas. The listing did not include the $35/day parking fee information.

Let me start off by saying the pool and ocean are beautiful, but the room was sub par. Our bathroom had ants crawling on the counter the entire stay. We had to put out toothbrushes in plastic bags when not using them. The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were awful. Be mindful of the bar and restaurants on property they charge 18% gratuity and donā€™t tell you. We wonā€™t be coming back

We enjoyed our stay, room & resort were nice! Parking is oversold some nights and you have to get creative. Lots of remodeling with noise going on during our stay! Across the hall to the left, right and above us but just our luck!

What a beautiful place!

We loved our time here! The room was great. The location is on the ground floor and has a beautiful lanai which is approximately 15 steps to the gorgeous pool area. It couldn't have been more perfect. We spent our mornings sipping coffee and watching all the birds while enjoying the sound of the waterfalls at the pool. The grounds are immaculately groomed and this place is a delight to the senses. We will definitely rent again if we have the opportunity to come back to Kauai. Thank you for the great experience. It was a pleasure!

Centrally located

This place is more like a resort than a hotel. Beautiful grounds, multiple pools, great food and entertainment. Its literally a couple minutes from the airport but you really dont get alot of plane noise. The staff is super friendly and always available. The room is a typical hotel room. Its clean has an oversized dorm style fridge which was nice. If you are doing Kauai right this is all you need, a comfy bed after being outside all day. This room was almost half whatbthe hotel charges so i would call this a bargain!!

The room is ok, host rude, we had to take out of the room our trash ourself Ā« in the back of the building Ā» (even if there is 5 buildings), and if you have an expensive cleaning fee. Im no garbage man.

A very warm and welcoming place. Staff was all friendly. The resort does show signs of deferred maintenance however. It is good to see that they are starting to upgrade/rehab the place. Weā€™ll be back one day.

Amazing and accommodating host!

This is a very nice unit at a wonderful property. There is a daily parking fee at the resort if you are parking a car. The resort has an amazing pool complex that includes 3 full sized pools (two have waterfalls into them and one is more shallow as it is to play volleyball in), 2 hot tubs (one that has a waterfall into it, and a shallow kids pool with a sandy bottom and sandy beach around it (FYI The sand is pretty course and I found it a little rough on my feet, but not too bad). The ocean is less than 50 yards from the kids pool, but at the time of our stay this was not a good beach for swimming or playing in the water. It was very rocky with rough ocean conditions, but that allowed for surfers and body boarders which we enjoyed watching. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. The unit was great with a comfortable bed. It has a refrigerator, but no microwave. It states that there is a microwave at another location within the resort, but we did not use it. There is a small patio outside the sliding glass door of this first floor unit. The patio has 2 chairs and is less than 50 yards from the pool area. The unit was very clean and the host couldnā€™t have been more accommodating. We had some unexpected troubles that required us to extend our trip. Unfortunately this unit was already booked directly following our stay. However, they were able to rebook us in another unit of theirs following a one night gap where we booked a room directly with the resort. Due to the nature of our unexpected trip extension we did not have a firm time on how much longer we needed to extend our stay. The host worked with us allowing us to have a somewhat open ended departure date. This is not something that we expected nor should anyone expect as this is a business and they have to run it as such. However, the host was extremely kind speaking to me multiple times via telephone throughout our stay to help me navigate this unplanned trip extension. In addition to this my daughter got sick in the night and the host was able to get her cleaning staff to bring us some clean linens and remove our soiled linens. This host went above and beyond my expectations time after time during our stay. I couldnā€™t recommend nicer people to rent from!
