"The hotel is okay. It's not a fancy hotel with many amenities, which is fine because its price is competitive compared to other hotels on the island. In my opinion, it would be perfect if it were cleaner. The bedsheets and pillowcases were stained, as were some of the towels, and the shower was gross, especially the walls. "Everything was Great. no elevators Though. But besides that Property is Beautiful Staff is Great. Great location shops and restaurants right next to hotel. Beautiful Ocean View. Beach needs some clean up after 2 Hurricans. But will definitely go back. Some day not soon enough."

"1. This is a privately owned unit 2417 within the resort and as such, the resort hands you key bracelets and you are on your own from there. No services from staff for your unit. 2. Upon arrival, the door to 2417 has the closer set much to tightly so it requires brute force to open and a shoulder to prevent slammed closures. 3. "Great Stay. Originally booked the room through Alex, not through the resort. Due to the recent hurricane damage, the original room and whole ground floor had to undergo repairs during the week of our stay. Alex made it right for us. The room owner set me up to have the resort assign us a room equal to the room I originally booked. Second floor room, with a great partial pool view and mostly ocean view. Was very pleased."

"The view from the room was amazing. We could see the sunrise from bed each morning and even enjoyed watching the rain and surf during a storm. We can't wait to come back."

"The studio is in a great Location, not only the resort is beautiful, in front of the beach, with some shops and restaurants around but also Wailua is in the center of the island, easy to go to any direction. The studio is very confortable and charming. I think it can have some small improvements, but it was a very good stay. (The hair driyer was not workig, and a kettle for tea drinkers would be nice)"
