"Second time at this house , plenty of room for 15.needs some upgrading. Dinning room chairs need cushions, the wood chairs were hard for game board nights, bbq needs to be bigger( party of15 grilling) oven not hot, but had another oven in laundry room. Pool nice n fire pit was great! "

"Very nice place. Definitely not in the summer, so the 2 rolls with the AC were perfect! Loved ending the evening in the hot tub. Communication was spot on. Will definitely be renting here again "

"As advertised! Beautiful home, very clean and gorgeous views. Perfect for a family girls weekend! Teenager friendly, the girls never left the basement & had a blast! The added touch of the welcome basket was so appreciated. As it was the off season, we were able to take full advantage of the home and surrounding walking trails. Our own private mountain getaway - would love to go back."

"We rented the property to give our mother a surprise 80th birthday part. The dwelling was exceptional in every aspect, clean and beautiful. The setting provided an excellent place to gather family members and the views surrounding the property were magnificent. The only aspect that was questionable was the over grown pathway to the entrance. We would rent this again and again. A wonderful time was held by all. "

"Stayed at this unit a couple of years ago and was satisfied so when I saw it was available this year I rented it again. The net is, if you're looking for affordable accommodations convenient to the 7 Springs area and aren't averse to older decor and are ok with no AC this place will work for you."

The hosts went above and beyond with thoughtful extras like s’mores supplies and donuts—such a sweet surprise!The beds were super comfortable, and relaxing in the hot tub at the end of the day was the cherry on top. The cottage was well-stocked with everything we needed for our short stay.Highly recommend this cozy and charming home—we’ll definitely be back when in the area!"

"Our 2nd time staying at this house for a long summer weekend, and it was great! Our family of 9 absolutely loves the house, the outdoor space, and the proximity to Ohiopyle for rafting, hiking, and restaurants.The owners are wonderful and have thought of so many amenities to make the stay even better…basketball, cornhole, a new grill, firepit…we spent the whole weekend outside! Inside you’ll find a clean house, fully stocked kitchen, a tv in every room, and lots of games.We will be back again...
