The villa in Lignano Pineta has 2 bedrooms and a capacity for 7 people. It is located 600 m from the sandy beach, 3 km from the golf course, 300 m from the town, 350 m from the supermarket, 100 km from the airport, 25 km from the railway station, and 350 m from the bus station. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by forest.





The accommodation is equipped with the following things: a garden, balcony, covered parking space in the same building, and a TV. In the kitchen butane gas, refrigerator, freezer, dishes/cutlery, cooking utensils, and coffee maker are provided.
