Pretty duplex in a green oasis, our villa is the perfect place where to spend a relaxing vacation, about 400 m from the beach and within walking distance to the town centre of Lignano Riviera, where there are supermarkets, snack bars and pizzerias. Our villa offers air conditioning, a washing machine, TV, a safe box and parking places in the fenced garden, furnished with table, chairs and two sunbeds Our villa features a living-dining area equipped with a double sofa bed, a kitchenette, two twin or double bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and small patio with a fireplace.
