The complex is located at the tip of Lignano Sabbiadoro, 350 meters from the sea. It provides a one-bedroom apartment with 3-5 sleeping places, including: a living room with a double sofa bed, one bedroom with a double bed, one extra bed in the bedroom or living room, or a bunk bed with a single sofa bed in the living room, a kitchenette, a bathroom, and a terrace. It also includes a parking space or garage and air conditioning.

One small pet is allowed: 50 eur per pet/stay to be paid at the agency.
