Our flat is located in a welcoming residence with lift, custodian, spacious garden and pools for adults and children, only 50mt from the beach. It features two terraces, a living/dining area with a single sofa bed, a separate kitchen, a double bedroom, a single bed in the anteroom, and a bathroom with a shower over bath. Suitable for up to 4 guests. Equipped with TV, washing machine, and one uncovered and numbered parking spot.

*The property is not equipped with sheets, towels, blankets and linen in general.
