Situated in a peaceful residential area and just a short 400mt walk to the beach, the property consists of a welcoming bedroom with a double bed and an additional single bed, a complete bathroom with a shower box, and a sunny living/dining room equipped with a kitchenette, a sofa bed, and a furnished balcony. It can host up to five guests and comes equipped with TV-sat, a safe, and A/C is available at an extra daily cost (check below). The residence also includes one dedicated parking space for each apartment and offers serine communal areas with picnic tables and benches, as well as a small playground for younger guests. Please note, there is no lift in the building.
