The ground floor hosts shops, bars, and bike/motorcycle rentals. The flat features a living/dining room with a double sofa bed, a kitchen corner with microwave and an American coffee machine, a triple bedroom (double plus single bed), a full bathroom with a shower box and hairdryer, completed by a lovely balcony with outdoor furniture. Amenities: TV, A/C, safe, and one uncovered parking space about 300 m from the residence.
