"We had a bad experience with this hotel, we could not arrive on the first day of the reservation (three rooms with the same reservation number) where I sent an email advising that we would arrive a day late, to our surprise, they had sold two of the three rooms we had . The manager was extremely unwilling without any commitment to the customer, and Hotels also didn't help at all, we had to get two rooms in another hotel. If all that wasn't enough, it wasn't an unpleasant night due to the loud...

"Hotel muito bom, limpo, e seguro. Ofereçe transporte para o aeroporto."

"standard hotel. little options at breakfast."

"Everything was good but they need to clean under couch bed it have dead bugs under it. Also the young lady at the front desk needs to go back to customer service class. Also the sofa by the elevator needs to put in the trash. But a good place to stay."

"Amazing staff"
