The villa is located in one of the most fascinating areas of the eastern branch of Lake Como, in Lierna, in a panoramic and quiet position. In a few minutes by car you can reach the famous Riva Bianca and Punta di Grumo beaches, the lakeside promenades, or the trails that go up to the Grigna. From here it's easy to visit Varenna, Bellagio, the Castle of Vezio or move to Lecco, Como, Milan or Bergamo. Those who love sailing, trekking or simply spending days in nature will find an ideal starting point. In the evening, you can choose whether to dine in one of the typical restaurants in the area or enjoy a dinner with a view on your private terrace .

In the center there is a large living area, bright and welcoming, with two sofas, a dining table and a beautiful lake view. The kitchen, separated by a large glass door, is fully equipped with modern appliances (induction hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle) and a comfortable table for breakfast or for working in smart working .
