"The stay was unpleasant. The initial reception who checked us in was pretty short with us. We waited for 2hours to check in the room and we had had a long drive from out of town. No apologies no acknowledgment, all she said was your room is not ready and you picked a very specific room. we arrived around 3.20 pm and we didn’t get checked in until after 5 pm. "The good news: the staff was responsive, friendly, thorough, and helpful. The bad news: The parking situation was bad. The road for the hotel was partially closed so getting to the parking garage while dragging luggage through downtown was a big pain. After managing traffic and closures from hotel to garage (15 minutes +), I had to walk a couple blocks, cross at a clearing, and walk back a couple of blocks with a heavy back-pack and suitcase.
