"The suite was clean and had several places to sit- a full-size table, a couch, and a weather-proof balcony (which was my favorite). It also came with a kitchen stocked with dishes and glasses. The bedroom was nice and had extra towels/sheets, and a lockbox. The lockbox battery was dead so it didn’t work, but the neighborhood felt very safe. Went to get my consolation prize breakfast but there was nothing laid out so I had a miserable double espresso and left in disgust. Hotels.com gave me a $25 hush voucher. "I used this hotel for the F1 Austrian Grand Prix. It’s a 16 minute walk from Graz airport and not far from a train station which is 4 stops away from the city’s main station (which is where I took a shuttle bus to the race). The location was convenient and I didn’t need to use any taxis! The customer service at the hotel is very good, the staff are friendly and there is a restaurant in the hotel which serves very good food. Beyond the F1, the hotel was a nice place to relax. I highly recommend...
