"Everything was good and satisfactory. Location near the sea and the resort pool was amazing. Staff kind, friendly and helpful. Enjoyed tennis and archery. Our holiday was ruined by theives the day we left the resort in the theme park carpark minutes after we left. This had a very bad effect on us. The police was not helpful and couldn't care less."

"Wahnsinn! Eine Unterkunft, die noch schöner ist, als auf den Bildern in der Beschreibung. Reizende und herzliche Gastgeber, die einem diskret im Hintergrund den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie nur möglich machen. Das Haus, der Garten, der Pool, die Außenküche - einfach ein Traum. Alles sehr gepflegt und mit viel Herz, Liebe zum Detail und gutem Geschmack eingerichtet. Die zwei Wochen verbrachten wir eigentlich nur am und im gepflegten Pool und in der gemütlichen Außenküche. Daher haben wir das Haus...

"Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt. Die Lage der Unterkunft war für uns perfekt um mit dem Zug nach Rom zu reisen. Die Unterkunft selbst befindet sich in einem sehr charmanten Haus. Der Garten und Pool sind wirklich einladend. Wir kommen gerne wieder. "

The only two things that weren’t great was the noise of the fighter Jets from the nearby military airport and the potholes on the roads to the accommodation. But I have to say that the fighter jets were only flying on one of the days during our stay."

"Great room in a large house. Nice little kitchen, bathroom with washing machine. Leonardo is a nice friendly lady, very helpful. 20-30 minutes walk to castle Gandolfo and another to the lake public beach is small, but plenty of lido's. The view from the balcony at the house is to die for."

"This property was beautiful! Spacious house with wonderful outdoor space on both levels. It was very close to the coastal town of Ostia and we loved our day at the beach. For trips into Rome, the transportation was a little more complicated and expensive. Overall, a terrific place for families - I wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy all of the amenties."

"We had two lovely weeks in this beautiful villa. When the weather was too hot to go sightseeing it was perfect to have the pool to cool off in, with breathtaking views over the sea to enjoy. The patio and garden also gave lots of needed shade while glancing out on to the ocean - so relaxing and peaceful. And those days we went out on adventures in Rome, Pompeii and other places it’s was a peaceful haven to come home to. There is a lovely theatre/club/restaurant just below, and on the weekends...

"Das Haus war sehr schön und sauber. Schwimmbad war sehr gut und genug groß für eine Familie. Der Besitzer des Hauses war sehr freundlich, nett und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist allgemein ruhig und gut, für den Strand muss man sich um die halbe Stunde Zeit nehmen."

"Great home, very clean and spacious. Parking easily accessible for small cars and large travel vans. Beautiful outdoor spaces to walk around. Walking distance to grocery store and other shops."

"Un agréable séjour de 7 nuits chez Barbara, Massimo et Alice qui nous ont très bien accueillis. Le logement est spacieux, comfortable avec une piscine très appréciable par ces températures !Proche des plages comme nettuno ou latina ainsi que de la gare pour ce rendre à Rome ! Un grand merci à babar à et Massimo pour leur disponibilité pour nos questions et leurs efforts pour nous comprendre . Nous le conseillons vivement ! "
