"This is a nice facility near the beach. It is a house with water views. We have stayed here twice snd the owner was open to improvements our last visit implementing some immediately. Very kind guy. Quick walk to the beach and drive to Houston amenities. I appreciate the curtain rods to cover windows with the extra sheets they have to sleep in. Overall would recommendSuggested improvements:Beach towels and a few kid sand items/boogie boards. Doesnt have to be much but those are my favorite places...

"Kelley and her husband are just phenomenal. This is THE best VRBO I've stayed in. I will run out of room for all the ways it's wonderful- QUIET, SUCH a cute theme carried out to the smallest details, every amenity you can imagine such as washer/dryer, hot tub, pond with paddle boats (when there's rain) walking trails, even phone holders next to the bed and goats to feed!
