"The facility was recently updated. It was clean and quiet. I felt safe at the facility. It is located in an area where it is easy to get around if you are traveling. I would recommend staying here. The price was very good for the services received."

The exercise equipment (elliptical and bike) were rusted and nearly non functional but the free weights had a good selection and were in good condition.
