The backyard was completely unkept and the ceiling in the bathroom has water damage causing it to be falling in a bit over the sink. The window dressings were also broken and we were unable to open the blinds in the master to let any light in due to missing & broken components. "The house was perfect. Better than pictured. It was clean, smelled nice, and surprisingly dog friendly! Everything we needed was there. Very comfortable. Nicely decorated, upgraded, and refinished. Loved it. Great location! "

"When visiting Greenville you must stay at this house. The owner thought of everything that guests would need to feel “at home” while away. Place extremely clean and well kept. Large fenced in backyard for our small dog to enjoy as well. Perfect location to get downtown and a short bike ride to one of the Swamp Rabbit trail accesses. It was a great few days vacation "
