"We were in the area for a family reunion and need a place to stay for the weekend. While we didn't get to spend much time at the house itself, we did enjoy the peaceful quiet setting. The house was adequate, comfortable, clean, cozy. I wish we had more time to spend on the deck down by the river. If there is a future family reunion in the area, I would book it again. "

"What a beautiful spot right on the Delaware River. The cabin was very clean and we cooked quite a bit so it was nice to have a full kitchen. I had a little work to do and the wifi was blazing fast. "My wife and I stayed at the cozy farm guest house 1&2 for two nights. The home is located in a private and quiet neighborhood. The property was clean and had everything needed for a very comfortable stay. Communication with the host was extremely easy. They responded quickly to my messages.
