Property’s pets-friendly policy:



- Pets must not be left unattended.

- Pets must be fully trained and appropriately restrained by guest.

- Pets must comply with local legislation requirements.

- Guests are responsible for cleaning after their pet on property and in the neighborhood.

- Any disturbances such as barking must be curtailed to ensure other guests, local residents, and/or neighbors are not inconvenienced.

- Guests are responsible for all property damages and/or personal injuries resulting from their pet.

-An extra fee for heating usage could be requested during the winter months based on consumption.



Lezzeno Tourist City Tax:



Extra fee per person per night (up to a maximum of 7 nights stay) is currently set by the Council and collected from any adult above 12 years old visiting the area.
