"A wonderful cottage. We really enjoyed our stay in Burnsall. We stayed for a family wedding and there was plenty of space for 3 generations. The children's room/games room is a lovely touch. The cottage was very comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. The location is fantastic in the middle of Burnsall (next to the Red Lion pub). A beautiful spot for walking and visiting nearby Bolton Abbey and other nearby attractions. We can highly recommend and would love to visit again."

"We travelled as a family with tow young children. The accommodation was excellent, very modern, clean and got everything we needed. The location is ideal if you want peace and quiet, but close enough to the small village of Embsay and a short drive to Skipton. We will be back."

"We were a party of 10, getting together to celebrate the 60th birthday party of 2 family members. The house was beautiful, plenty of room for everyone, although to be honest we spend most of our time in the cosy but large kitchen and adjacent games room. Many period features allowed you to really experience how they used to love. Kirby Stephen high street was a stones throw away, making it convenient for local shops and pubs. Would highly recommend for a large family get together"

"Nice clean cottage in a small village up a hill with several walking routes starting from or passing your front door (check Komoot). Large box filled with information about the neighborhood. Interior is a bit outdated but matches the rental fee. Easy contact with host. Great wifi for the kids One suggestion: install flat ceiling lamps in kitchen and hallway to prevent (tall) people from bumping into them and accidently breaking them..."

"First impressions not good due to long grass and weeds against front wall and do No freezer box in fridge. We weren’t expecting a freezer compartment as not listed. Only one bedside lamp in main bedroom Only comfortable seats for three people in sitting room. Not a problem for us two Second bedroom inadequate for another couple no storage, again no problem for us. Couldn’t use allocated parking due to steep steps to house having no handrail QR info ok for us but many older people would be...

"The property was in a great position in the centre of Richmond, yet very quiet. Everything we needed was within walking distance. The cottage has a garage but our car didn’t fit into it. Parking was quite a challenge sometimes,finding somewhere close not on a zoned area."

"We had the best stay at this property. All three properties are very well equipped and were perfect for our large group. The location is stunning and great for doing walks in the local area. Sally was very responsive to any queries I had ahead of the trip and whilst we were there. A hot tub had just been installed a few days before we arrived and was the perfect addition to the property. I am very much looking forward to coming back in the future!"

Juliet and her husband were really helpful and accommodating, the apartment was lovely and comfortable, and quintessentially English, and we both fell in love with the sheep.
