Bluegrass Bourbon House is a gorgeous historic home centrally located in the heart of bourbon country in the capitol city of Frankfort. Located only 2 miles from Buffalo Trace, this beautifully modernized home will be the perfect place to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring all of what Kentucky has to offer. From the speakeasy-themed lounge to an additional living room with smart TV and vintage record player to a backyard firepit and hot tub, this is the place to stay in Frankfort!

Think the photos are beautiful? You have to see this place in person. A historical landmark home that has been updated and modernized with all of the comforts of today. There are three bedrooms with luxury mattresses and linens, each with its own private bathroom. There's a gourmet kitchen stocked with everything you need, dining room and breakfast bar perfect for cooking and enjoying a meal together, a speakeasy complete with poker/game table, a sitting/lounging area with a large screen smart TV and vintage record player and a backyard complete with night lights, firepit, cornhole game and hot tub!

This house is perfect. Centrally located in Frankfort. It was perfect for three adult couples. The house was immaculate. We stayed three nights, cooked dinner, and even used the hot tub. The house has everything you need. Steve was great. He checked in and answered all questions very promptly. Will definitely stay here again when we visit more distilleries. Thanks again Steve.

The perfect eclectic house for a family bourbon tour for all ages!

We loved this home!! So fun and every detail was perfect! When we arrived, the AC was not working, but Steve had someone out there immediately and it was fixed in no time. Top notch service!! The location was perfect and made navigating the area super easy. While the guys did bourbon tours, the girls and the kids explored the local sites, parks, and restaurants. We also went to the Ark our last day. It was a great time had by all!

Distilleries and Horses.

We met family in to tour distilleries and horse farms. This was the perfect spot for our family from the spacious bedrooms and baths. To the kitchen to both hang out spaces and back yard it was perfect. The historical charm and modern convenience were perfection. We loved the hot tub, fire-pit and game areas were great for enjoying the evenings.

Great Stay for My Husband's 50th BDay Trip

My husband and some friends were in town for a golfing and bourbon-tasting tour for his birthday. He said the house was surprisingly large and nicely situated. It was a great spot for a fun weekend with lots of space for their group of four men.

Great place!

This house was great. It is exactly as shown in the pictures. The bourbon theme is fun and the location great. What we really appreciated was the well-stocked kitchen with pots, pans, utensils, garbage bags, spices, and ice!!! This is really helpful. Being able to arrive at a location and cook without needing to buy the basics or plan to make something only to discover the necessary tools lacking was awesome. Finally, the guide the host provided was great. We would absolutely recommend this place, and definitely stay here again!

Frankfort charm at its best!

We had a fantastic stay at this charming home in Frankfort, KY with another couple. The house was perfect for two couplesā€”clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds were cozy, and we loved spending time in the fenced yard, using the fire pit, grill, and hot tub. Itā€™s located on a beautiful historic street, close to golf and several distilleries. The hosts were incredibly helpful with great local recommendations and excellent communication. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway with friends

Gem in the Heart of Frankfort

The location was absolutely perfect, putting us right in the heart of everything we wanted to see and do. The accommodation itself was lovely, with a charming bourbon-themed decor that really captured the spirit of the region. We had a lovely stay at this property. It is beautifully restored/renovated, very well equipped, and in a great location - walkable to Main St. and a short drive to many distilleries. Things to note: Master bedroom is very brightly lit at night from street lights and neighbor's outside lights so bring an eye mask!

Bourbon Trail Sibs Trip

Book this place now!! This adorable home is in a prime location for all of your bourbon trail activities. The decor is just as lovely as pictured, and the beds are very comfortable. The hot tub provided a relaxing spot for us girls to unwind, while our hubbies kicked back around the fire pit. We began each morning lazily with coffee around the whiskey roomā€™s gas fireplace. It was divine!

The Bluegrass Bourbon house was great for 3 couples with the three bedrooms and baths, large well-equipped kitchen, and Speakeasy room. It was too cold to use the firepit and hot tub, so we plan to return again in warmer weather. The host was very quick to respond and attentive to my questions. He made the rental experience wonderful, excellent host.

Best VRBO house!

This house was amazing! Even better than described! Beds and pillows are so comfortable! We loved the speakeasy room and spent all of our time while in the house there. Such a great location! So close to so many distilleries. The hot tub was great too! We loved this house!!!

My first experience renting an Air-b/b

I recently traveled to Kentucky for an NCLEX review in Western Kentucky, and let me tell you, I made a mistake with my location! The home I booked was about an hour and a half away, but it was absolutely worth it. This place was gorgeous, with so many thoughtful details everywhere you looked. Steve and Tricia were amazing hostsā€”super attentive and quick to answer all my questions. I was initially hesitant to book, but Iā€™m so glad I did; I honestly donā€™t know why I waited so long! The home was not only welcoming but also immaculate, with incredibly comfy beds that made it feel like a true retreat. Each room was beautifully decorated, showcasing stunning design. My family and I were genuinely sad when it was time to leave. I canā€™t wait to come back! If I could give it a rating, it would be a solid 10 out of 10!

Brentā€™s 40th Birthday Stay
