Our house is a Craftsman style bungalow featuring an open floor plan and custom cabinets and woodwork.
It has a large kitchen with a convection oven and induction stovetop, an island, plenty of cabinet space and opens on to the large deck and covered sitting area. The deck is adjoined with a screened porch with gas fire and comfortable furniture.
Two bedrooms, one with en suite bathroom with deep tub, shower and double sinks and a walk-in closet.
The second bedroom has a large closet and a full bathroom just across the hall.
There is a bonus room that would make an excellent office or add your own bed for a third bedroom.
The living room and dining room are open and adjoin the kitchen and features a beautiful gas fireplace, a wet bar and television.
The large back yard is divided by a fence to create a lawn/garden space on one side and a dog run on the other. Given its proximity to Lafayette High School, Southland Drive corridor with its restaurants, Good Foods Co-Op and summer festivals, and Lexington's three major hospitals, it's incredibly quiet.
This is a very walkable neighborhood with easy access to downtown Lexington, city parks and shopping venues like Fayette Mall and Trader Joe's.
