The home was above our expectations. Very well maintained and clean. There was everything we needed when we arrived, coffee, trashbags, toilet paper, towels sheets, shampoo if needed, hair dryer and all cooking ware and more. My grandkids and the adult children were never bored due to the fanastic game room. Downtown was in walking distance for entertainment and travel time was not bad for sights we planned to see like noah ark, cavern and hiking trails, distilleries, horsebacking riding and races, even going to louisville sights. I would highly recommend staying here.

We came to Lexington to go to Keeneland over Easter break. This house is absolutely wonderful and we will be returning to this same property. Beautiful yet cozy. And perfectly located to get where you need to go in Lexington. A must see!

This property was better than expected. It is very spacious and clean and allowed for a group of 6 adults to stay comfortably. All the furnishings were modern and made us feel as though we were staying in a luxury property. Iā€™ll definitely be booking again on my next visit to Lexington!

We enjoyed the property. It was very clean. The game room was very much used with our children and us. Fire pit was nice. Location was perfect for where we wanted to go and things we wanted to do. Very nice place and would definitely stay again.

This house lives up to everything you see in the photos. The house is an older house that has been well preserved and renovated with nice finishes in the kitchen and bathrooms. It was the perfect house for a group of guys in town to see a Football game. Communication with the owner Seth was seamless and the coordination checking in and checking out was very easy. The house is located in a slightly transitional neighborhood, but we enjoyed walking to the restuarants and bars downtown. All of the amenities are exactly as advertised. The hot tub, the fire pit, and all the games are well maintained and fun to use while you are staying at the house. My friends and I would stay here again if we visit Lexington in the future.

We stayed for a full week while my daughter competed at the Kentucky Horse Park for National Champs. It was a wonderful size house for our family and everyone felt comfortable and had their own space. The house had everything we needed for our stay and the hosts have thought of everything (multiple hair dryers, small sound/sleep machines, hot tub towels). The location was great, easy access to the Horse Park and also gave us the opportunity to explore University of Kentucky and the different neighborhoods and we also had time to sample the local restaurants which were delish! I would highly recommend and would stay again should we come back to Lexington.

Property was very clean and was exactly as pictured. We had a group of 10 and there was plenty of room. We felt safe walking to downtown restaurants. I would recommend walking a block over to Limestone Street if you plan on walking instead of following GPS.

We stayed for a guys weekend to see a Kentucky basketball game. What a great house! Only 2 miles from Rupp and all the action downtown. Seth went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. This house is absolutely perfect for large groups looking to enjoy downtown Lexington and it's surrounding area.

My friends and I stayed here to celebrate my spouse's birthday. The beds were super comfortable, the showers were awesome, and all the amenities were great! It was a nice surprise to have such a well equiped kitchen; I was able to make brunch for the group with no issues.

My niece was married in downtown Lexington. This home was perfect for getting to the wedding and reception venue. Ten of us stayed here and had more than enough room. The bride had ample space to get ready. Family enjoyed the game room & putting green. Owner was so great. Thanks for making her special day wonderful.

We had a blast staying here. We did a 2 day bourbon tour and had them pick us up from the VRBO each day. The property was clean and newly renovated. Centrally located for our activities. Plenty of beds and the putting green out back is a fun touch.

This is a very nice home that has been recently renovated to accommodate folks coming into town. This includes upscale and modern appliances. It appears that the goal was to allow a large number of people to be comfortable in the home. For the six of us it was more than enough space. As with any vacation home, there were a few minor issues that were more in the nuisance category than significant issue. There were plenty of communications from the owner, but they all seemed to be automated, including noise alerts (caused by a storm). Responses back to these messages, and other communications either didnā€™t get through or were ignored. The game room is a very nice touch, but is in a dirty, dusty garage. Again, for us, these were minor issues and overall we enjoyed our time in Lexington.
