Location, Location, LOCATION!!! You'll experience the best of Kentucky when staying at Kentucky's Best on Berry. Located in the desirable 40502 Chevy Chase area, guests will enjoy a quite neighborhood that is within walking distance to the stadium, UK Campus, Local shops, bars, & restaurants.

First Floor:
As guests enter through the front door you'll be greeted by an open concept that allows guests to visit and relax. The entry features a cozy living room, dining area, and newly renovated kitchen. Off the kitchen is a large deck with seating for 12. As guests venture down the hall they will find 2 private bedrooms with Queen Size Beds, Full Bathroom in the Hall, and a 1st Floor en-suite featuring a King Size Bed & walk in shower.

Basement:
Our Basement Features a Game Room, Laundry facilities, sleeping nook with a Queen Size Bed and a secondary en-suite with King Bed.

The game room is loaded! It features a ping pong table, two stand-up arcade machines, game room tv and game rockers, board games, outdoor games, card table and four chairs

Things to Note:
Need some quiet time for working? The master bedroom features a desk where you can square away all your work details. Kentucky's Best on Berry is nestled at the end of street where you'll find campus just on the tree line and only one neighbor. During home football games, you'll enjoy the awesome sounds of the UK Marching band practicing all your favorite game day songs. Throughout the home you'll experience local art by Kayla Weber, Kentucky Bourbon Trail prints by John Morris, and others. Guests will have plenty of parking off the street with an extra long driveway with additional parking behind the house.
