BEST of Nicholasville!

We recently finished remodeling this spacious ranch home in Nicholasville Ky and are extremely excited to share it with future guests. It looks brand new on the inside and has an awesome oasis in the backyard when the weather is nice. It is close to all the great things to do in Lexington including Keeneland, the Bourbon Trail and the University of Kentucky. Mattresses are top of the line and will ensure you have a very comfortable stay.

The sunroom in the back of the house is connected to our enclosed backyard where our guests will find a koi pond and quiet and peace.

3 Bedrooms. Two with Cali king mattress and 1 with a full size trundle bed with twin bed that rolls out from underneath.

A fully stocked kitchen with dishwasher and a spacious area in the living room will ensure your group will have a wonderful stay.

Not a requirement, but if you’re able to Please kindly remove shoes when inside the home to prevent wear and tear. Also, the garage is not available for use. It is used for storage of supplies and materials

Please no smoking in the home or back sun room. Outside the home is permitted if smoking evidence is disposed of properly. We do not have an ashtray on site.

Smart TV in the living room for streaming on Netflix and Amazon Prime if you have your own personal login. The living room TV and 2 bedrooms (Master bedroom and bedroom 1) both have access to basic cable using antenna that are set up.

No pets are permitted on the property.

The kitchen needs better knives and more cutlery. The knives would'nt cut hot butter and there were only 6 forks.Lot of wasted space in living room. It would be better to have the kitchen opened up with an island. Location of home was great. Use of the garage would have been nice especially with the bad weather. Our host was great.

The kitchen was indeed fully functional for cooking and the rooms were very clean, comfortable with an awesome sunroom and back porch. Bedrooms were clean and comfortable with great amenities. Location was extremely convenient to restaurants, shopping, grocery, etc.We really enjoyed our stay and very convenient to stay while on the Bourbon trail!

Great place for short or long stays. Nice neighborhood. Love the open floor space in the living area. Bedrooms are good size. Master bath is spacious with large shower. Close to restaurants and other activities. We will definitely look to stay here again when in the area.

Kitchen was basic. Had nuts and bolts of what was needed. Clean place and comfortable for what we needed as we visited our daughter at UKY for Family Weekend. The weather changed and we couldn’t adjust the thermostat which was an opportunity as you needed a code. That’s the only complaint I had.

Kitchen was well equipped and spacious. Lots of living room space. Bedrooms large and very comfortable beds. Nice and clean and the owner was easy to communicate with and took care of any situation we had, which was small. I definitely recommend this place and would gladly stay again.

Great Location for Visiting Lexington Area

This home is great place to stay while visiting the Lexington area or going to the races at Keeneland. It has all the comforts of "home" especially comfortable beds, an up-to-date master shower, TVs, an enclosed porch, and a back yard that has a variety of plants, birds and a Koi pond. The home is located in a quiet neighborhood that is an easy drive to some of the top restaurants in the area.
