"The stay was easy and nice. A simple and charming tiny house that offers a relaxed atmosphere. You enter and quickly step away from world reality and into relaxing vacation mode. It has easy and shortly out of the way drives to College Station and Caldwell areas.Which there was a love seat instead of two chairs and a second set of bed sheets."

"The setting is serene and spacious with a large private acreage descending to the Colorado River but better described as a wide, moving stream by late July. It's a lovely area for children of all ages as the cows and horses were in a neighbouring field and were curious as to why the five children were mooing at them so came closer to the barb wire fence to investigate. The grounds had an abundance of large flat bottomed swings hanging among flowering trees where children ages 3 to 14 could...

"The house was amazing, the property was well taken care of it had all the accommodations we could ever ask for . The host walked us through the house and showed us how to turn everything on and off, and showed us all the areas and how to properly maintain them and then left us alone for the whole stay. It was truly a great place to take a group from church."

"This was a perfect stay for us, it was close to where we needed to be for a couple days. Very comfortable, very spacious and felt like home away from home.
