"When we arrived at approximately 2pm there was no heat with temps outside in the 20s. We called and finally at 10:30 pm someone showed up. Apparantly the pilot light was out on one of the three furnances. The third furnance didn't work therefor two of the back bedrooms and bathrooms had no heat. Two space heaters were dropped of and that blew a fuse. They finally fixed the fuse still no hear there were many excuses we never got heat. "House is great, we stayed up for a weekend to explore the Falls. Short drive to Niagra falls state park and the whirlpool state park, incredibly convenient. House was nice and clean and the hosts were very quick with messaging back. Niagra itself was a little more run down than I expected, but we’re from Philly so I felt completely safe during stay. Would definitely recommend and we will be back thank you for allowing us to stay at your home !"
