Rose bushes yield seasonal blooms while mature trees shade the house in the summer. Quiet evenings and weekends can be anticipated. Sidewalks present safe walking areas.
The space
This home is about 1100 sqft with 3 bedrooms, one and 1/2 baths. A partially-finished full basement includes carpeting, lots of room, a bar, and laundry and an extra water closet. The recently updated bathroom is a pleasure to shower in. 2 queen beds and one full can sleep up to 6 people.

The workstation has plenty of room to spread out. Hook up your own desktop or laptop to the included monitors, speakers, and wireless keyboard/mouse while enjoying a premium office chair.

Then central AC will keep you comfortable in the summer.

Guests can enjoy the entire property excluding the garage. No pets allowed. Cats have lived in this home.
