The space
Arrive to the Baycation home by either Car, ATV or watercraft. You have Access to 6 + parking places, your own Private Dock and Boat-Launch with access to the Notre-Dame Bay

The home is located in the middle of the Beautiful town of Lewisporte, and it's close to one of the Largest Marina's in Atlantic Canada.

There is Access to the home from the Cross-Newfoundland Railway (ATV/Snowmobile Trail)

One-minute walk from the local grocery store

Pleasantview Manor is just up the street

Three-minute walk from the local Liqour store/gas station

Outside you can enjoy a night by the water while you roast marshmallows over an open fire, or you can relax in the 8 person hottub which also overlooks Notre-Dame Bay.

The entire back of the house has a wrap around 60 foot deck where you can take in the beautiful view while you enjoy your morning coffee and plan your days adventure
