"The room and hotel were very nice/ clean. The only issue was that the hotel is being renovated and the pool wasn’t open. The meeting room was being used as the breakfast room. None the less, great hotel. 10/10 recommend."

"Parking was fine. To check in I had to call a phone number, tell an automated system my name and what I wanted then wait to see if my call was accepted, talk to the person who said they would be right there. Had to wait another 9 minutes for them to show up.
Got to the room and the tv only had sound, no picture. Had to walk back to the desk to tell them and a man came and tried to fix it but had to swap it out for another tv. There is also no ice but after telling the man he brought us some in...

"We came in late, after midnight, and check in was no problem. All i wanted was a crisp, clean bed. I got that! And I check closely. John was at the front desk and he was very accommodating. "Room was very clean, modern, and well appointed. Check-in was a breeze and staff were very polite. Had an issue with our tv remote and help arrived in less than 5 minutes. The complimentary breakfast included sausage, home fries, eggs, waffles, bagels, muffins, cereal, yogurt, juice and more - very impressive and a great way to start our day. Used the pool prior to leaving and it was clean and 83 degrees with towels provided. Highly recommend."
