Casas de Férias em Lewisburg, OH

"Everything is fine except back yard landscaping and lights. Entrance doors need to be replace."

"Great accommodation, would recommend!"

"It was a quick visit but everything was perfect. "

"This is a wonderful historic property if you're into a vintage stay. We were. The home is lovely. The only disadvantages are not having a host on-site and having to get luggage up the stairs without an elevator or bellhop assitance; there are no bedrooms on the ground floor. And being vintage, it takes quite a while to adjust the temperature to where you want it. Also, it would be helpful to have television instructions; we were never able to figure out how to get anything on the TV."

"The rental was not without merit but for every positive there was a dissapointment. The shower was nice but the bathmat was stained from water that repeatedly soaked it from the water that leaked from the door. It had a nice covered front porch to sit on but it was questionable if you wanted to use it. One example was a man yelling as he walked with a long stick hitting signs and posts as he brisky walked up the street. It had a coffee pot but only 2 cups that held hot liquid and did not leak....

"I’ve stayed in this house multiple times and every time I’m very happy with it. Everything is clean and comfortable just as I expected it to be. The host is very helpful for anything I might need. I will stay there again for sure! Thanks again!"

"Unfortunately, we could not stay at this property when we walked in. It was not in good condition. You could tell no one had been in the townhome for a very long time. There were cobwebs and several areas the kitchen counters were dirty and the place where the property was was in a very sketchy area did not look how it did online or safe due to this. We did not even bother to contact the property manager. We chose on our own to leave and go book a hotel for our stay also the front door did not...

"The house was SO cute and had everything you could possibly need. The host was so sweet and accommodating."

"Loved our stay!"

"The Gem City Farmhouse was such a beautiful home for myself and friends to stay while volunteering at the AMEN Free Clinic in Dayton, Ohio. The communication from the host and also the owner was impeccable! And the house looks in person just what you see in the pictures listed, very beautiful home, thank you again!"

"Location perfect, clean and responsive host "
