"We had such a fantastic stay at this beach house! The location is absolutely perfect — just one block from the beach, which made it super easy to walk back and forth throughout the day. It was so nice not having to worry about parking or lugging beach gear too far.The house itself was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The hosts were wonderful — super helpful, responsive, and made sure we felt right at home. We had such a memorable trip and can’t wait to come back...

"We had a wonderful stay at this condo. The location was very convenient to Henlopen State Park with Delaware Bay beach practically out the front door of the bldg. If you're a DQ fan, there's one right across the street. It was very clean & easy to communicate with Vacasa.The listing says 2 BRs plus pull out sofa in separate room, sleeping 6. There is only 1 BR, plus the pull out sofa in the separate room. It only sleeps 4.The sofa and loveseat in the main room are not comfortable for sitting...

"We have been coming to this area (Slaughter Beach, Broadkill Beach, Cape Henopen, Lewes Beach) for about 15 years now. Hands down, this place was our favorite! We loved being able to walk over the bridge to restaurants, shops, and ice cream. My husband was super close to walk to bait store. The pool was awesome and the view from pool and patio amazing! The apt was recently updated. We loved hanging outside on patio. Neighbors were super friendly. We hope to return! Oh, and Andrea was super...
