"You get what you pay for - cheap, not value. Spent the first 2 hours cleaning because it was barely touched - even dining table and chairs had crumbs and spill stains. The coffee maker was black inside the water compartment. I had to pick up silverware and dish soap from the dollar store because there was only 2 forks and spoons for a place advertised for 6 and no dish soap to clean dishes. "The mobile home was roomy and comfortable, in the woods a minute or two from Rt 17 (easy to find), with the added beneft of free roaming chickens (outdoors, of course!) and helpful hosts. It's an hour from Binghamton, and much more reasonable than hotels in Binghamton during graduation! "

"The home was spacious, bright with huge windows, and super comfortable. There's a big couch to spread out on, a well-maintained hot tub in the back, a gorgeous pond right next to the home, and the king bed was a great escape from our smaller bed in the city. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking, but bring your own spices if you want them! Overall it was a wonderful trip. We did find the wifi spotty and slow, but if you're up here to enjoy the outdoors and company, this is a great choice. "
