"Booked a room, no email 24hrs before with information. Turned up with the manager, who was luckily on site, not knowing a single thing about us arriving. Got put in a room not big enough for us. Owner claimed we hadnt booked the right room, which wasnt true. The manger was lovely and helpful but the owner wasnt. Room TV was smashed so couldnt be used. This is more like a hostel, bathrooms arent private but shared. Wouldn't recommend and definitely wont be returning. Not worth the money."

"Hated writing this one. Were huge on not caring too much about overall condition and usually go based on price concern with a balance of convenience, quiet and cleanliness. Great place if you can actually get it cheap and just need it a night or two. TONS of stairs, don’t book if you have a bunch of luggage or are by yourself and have several pieces to carry. "Cabin was clean and tidy, kitchen was equipped with all basic appliances toilet was clean overall very good for glamping."

"We absolutely loved the lodge! It was comfortable, spotless and very well equipped for families. The hot tub was lovely and the sauna fantastic. The hosts were great at answering any questions before the stay and the welcome pack is perfect for you planning your stay. The location is beautiful and peaceful. Perfect for exploring the East Neuk of Fife and with shops nearby! We can't recommend it enough. "
