"Very disappointing! Do not book if you are expecting air conditioning! We really loved the beach and the scenery around the property. The pod was also very nicely decorated. However, do not book this property if you are expecting air conditing. It had an evaporated cooler which did not cool the pod at all. And in August it was so miserable. We also experienced a heavy amount of bugs. Lots of little bugs on the floor that we had to kill and no broom was left to clean it up or to clean up the sand...

"Perfect location right on the beach! The fire pits are private from each other. Great stay!"

"The thing is I booked the "Chicken Coop" you stuck us in the "Pink Loft" . I'm not sure if the price was the same. We are retired in our laye 60s We both have leg issues so having to climb stairs when we didn't book the Loft was hard on us. We had been stuck on the freeway backup, we were tired from the long drive. Barely had the energy to make it up the stairs. Your place is cute, loved the farm, etc Wished for a small freezer, we made due. Therefore it was only okay. When I book with vrbo I...

"Unbelievable treehouse! Amenities included fire pit, hot tub and grill. John the host was wonderful. Can’t say enough!"

"Unique property in the middle of a juniper forest. Units feel like a private residence. Spacious and well cared for amenities such as pool, playground, pickle ball, basketball. Even RV accommodations. Freedom to explore the surrounding forest. Lodge and accompanying lawn area can accommodate fairly large groups. Staff is friendly and efficient to help with your plans for a stay here. Historical towns and the Manti La Sal National Forest mountains give visitors much to do."
