Parking directly on the property, with own grounds and gardens, this is lockable. The large garden area is used in many ways, it can be barbecued and there are various seating under the roof. For children is well taken care of, u. a. with a children's swing in green area and various animals such as chickens, rooster, ducks, geese, pigeons, trout (pond). Since we are rural, it is not missing at the vegetable patch, on this they are welcome to serve! A lockable bike room is also at your disposal. At the same time, in the next village are already good shopping, doctors, pharmacies, etc., a train station and everything was easily reached by bike. The Wildpark Hundshaupten is in the immediate vicinity, also swimming pools or pony and horse riding are not far away. Many other destinations such as castles, caves, romantic mills, climbing rocks or beer cellars in the Franconian Switzerland are just waiting for you. Since we ourselves have a Labrador, it is difficult with foreign dogs, so we can not allow more and hope for their understanding. Our newly renovated apartment is a Non smoking apartment on the first floor. A smoking area is available in front of the house. You can expect a cozy living room with TV and sofa and dining area, a separate fully-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and an additional seating area. An extra bed by another extra bed is possible. The second bedroom has a single bed and a 140 bed. Upon request, a cot can be placed here. The apartment has a bathroom with bath, shower and toilet and a separate toilet with sink and washing machine. A vacuum cleaner, cleaning utensils and an initial supply of toiletries is available. Wi-Fi is available free of charge. On request, the dryer can be used in the basement.

Arrivals are possible from 16:00 to 18:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.
