The 32 m² accommodation consists of a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can accommodate 2 people. WLAN and a TV are available. The apartment has a balcony. The apartment is located directly on the cross-country ski trail in winter and on the Unterer & Oberer Wiesenweg in summer and offers a view of the Hohe Munde, the Stubai Alps and the Gaistal.



There is a restaurant on the first floor of the accommodation.

A parking lot is available on the property.

A ski depot is available in the cellar.



Guests of the accommodation enjoy seasonal benefits: In winter, free use of the cross-country ski trails in the region (Leutasch, Mösern/Buchen, Reith, Seefeld, Scharnitz) as well as free use of the regional bus system (from December to March). In summer, daily free 4-hour admission to the Alpenbad in Leutasch (from May to October) and free use of the regional bus system (from May to October).
