Sublime Cedar Lodge is a warm and welcoming timber-and-glass mountain retreat nestled among native gardens in Leura. Designed with families and respectful groups in mind, the home spans three levels and is filled with natural light, offering leafy views from nearly every window. With five bedrooms and two renovated bathrooms, it comfortably sleeps up to 13 guests (maximum 10 adults).

The main living area features an open-plan lounge and dining space beneath soaring vaulted timber ceilings. Leather sofas invite you to relax by the large Smart TV with Netflix and streaming apps, while a combustion wood fireplace, reverse cycle air-conditioning, and panel heaters provide year-round comfort.

Bathed in sunlight, the atrium-style sunroom flows into a spacious, fully equipped modern kitchen with two breakfast bars, a family-sized fridge, dishwasher, stovetop, two ovens, microwave, and a Nespresso-compatible pod machine. This central hub of the home encourages shared meals and relaxed conversationideal for reconnecting with loved ones.

Sleeping arrangements include a ground-floor queen bedroom with level access and an adjacent bathroom, making it suitable for guests with mobility needs. Upstairs youll find three additional queen bedrooms and a second bathroom with a spa bath and overhead shower. The lower-ground floor offers a spacious retreat with a queen bed and three single beds, plus its own 50 TV with digital apps and a DVD player (no TV reception)a perfect hideaway for teens or children to enjoy their own space.

Outside, the generous private deck overlooks peaceful native gardens and provides a sunny space to unwind, complete with a gas BBQ and outdoor dining setting. Within 1 km youll also find Leura Golf Club, the Fairmont Resort, and the breathtaking Sublime Point Lookout. The lodge sits at the midpoint of the Grand Cliff Top Walka spectacular two-day, 19-kilometre trail linking Wentworth Falls, Leura, and Katoomba. Along the way, youll encounter dramatic escarpment views, waterfalls, Aboriginal heritage sites, and lush rainforest gullies. Panoramic vistas of the Jamison Valley and the iconic Three Sisters are just 200 metres from the doorstep.

ACCESSIBILITY
Ground Floor: Wheelchair accessible via a ramp from the driveway, with level access throughout this floor.

FEES
The base tariff includes 6 people; extra guests are charged an additional fee per person, per night.
Electric car charging is $20 per use, payable separately after booking.

ELECTRIC CAR CHARGING FEE
Please advise if you intend to use the house electricity for charging your electric car.
There is a fee of $20 per charge, which is charged separately.
Kindly inform us of the number of times you plan to charge your car during your stay.
⁠ There is no dedicated EV port at the property. Guests will need to bring their own extension lead and EV-compatible charging cable to connect to the propertys electricity supply.

CLEANING FEE
The cleaning fee reflects the actual cost of professional cleaning and linen hire for each booking.

FIREWOOD SEASON
1st May - 30th September.
During firewood season, a starter pack of firewood, kindling, firelighters, and matches is provided for your first night.
More firewood and supplies can be purchased locally from petrol stations.

TELEVISION
Poor weather conditions may affect live free-to-air channels.
We cannot guarantee a consistent television signal.
On-demand channels and streaming apps are available through the Smart TV using your accounts.

CCTV
CCTV cameras are installed around the external areas of the property.

9PM OUTDOOR NOISE RESTRICTION CURFEW
For the comfort of our neighbours, please adhere to a noise curfew from 9pm to 8am in all outdoor areas.
We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a quiet environment during these hours.

IN-HOUSE GUESTS ONLY
This property is exclusively for registered guests.
It cannot be used for gatherings or events, and no additional visitors are allowed without permission.

NO PARTY OR NOISE DISRUPTION POLICY
We enforce a strict no-party and no-noise disruption policy.
As this is a quiet residential area, any breach will result in immediate eviction without a refund.

PAYMENT POLICY
Deposit: A minimum 50% deposit is required to confirm bookings made more than 30 days before the arrival date.
Balance Security Bond: The remaining balance and the refundable security bond must be paid 30 days before the arrival date.
Full Payment: For bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date, full payment and the refundable security bond are required at the time of booking.
Transaction Fee: A non-refundable 2.9% Stripe transaction fee applies to all payments, including the bond.
Statement: Payments will appear as ACCOMMODATE BLUE MOUNT LENNOX HEAD on your bank statement.
Agreement: By making payments, you agree to our terms and conditions.
Bond Refund: Bond refunds are processed 7 business days after check-out and may take 5-10 days to appear in your bank account.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Standard Cancellations: Cancellations made within 30 days before arrival are non-refundable. Cancellations made 31 days or more before arrival incur a non-refundable AU$5.00 channel manager fee.
Date Transfers: Changes to booking dates are not permitted within 30 days of the arrival date.
Event Cancellations: Accommodated is not responsible for the cancellation of events, functions, or activities, which are subject to our standard cancellation policy.
COVID-19 Lockdown: If travel is prohibited due to a COVID-19 lockdown, bookings can be transferred up to one year in advance with one free date change.
