Our bright, two-story apartment has a separate entrance and is located in a quiet, four-unit building. The absolute highlight is the large balcony: It overlooks the pool and offers a magnificent view of the family-friendly complex – all just 20 meters from the expansive natural sandy beach and the pier!

Living & Cooking:
On the ground floor, you'll find a comfortable living area with a large sofa, satellite TV, and a sound system. The open-plan kitchen is brand new (installed in 2026) and fully equipped: induction cooktop, microwave with oven function, and a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment.

Sleeping & Bathroom:

Downstairs: A bedroom with a queen-size bed and a well-maintained bathroom (shower/toilet).

Upstairs: A space-saving step-down staircase leads to the second bedroom with two single beds. From here, you have a unique view through the window of the Pyrenees Mountains, the port of Port Leucate and breathtaking sunsets.
