Rental Rules
Minimum stay 4 nights; 7 nights only from 18/07/26 to 21/08/26 (changeover day Saturday).
Check-in time is from 16:00 to 21:00; Checkout time is between 8:00 and 10:00.
Late check-in (after 21:00 until 24:00): if agreed (€ 30 to be paid on arrival).
A security deposit of 500 euros has to be paid in cash on arrival and it will be returned on departure less any charge in case of damages
Tourist tax: 1.20 € per night per person excluding children up to 12 years, max 7 nights, period 01/03-31/10, to pay cash on arrival
