"I had a very good and quiet sleep with lots of nice pillows and a very clean bed, as well as a clean room and towels. Checking in was easy with messages arriving in a timely way for how to use the pin to unlock the door. The lamps in the room had outlets to plug in my phone charger and I loved the retro fridge and microwave. The bathroom was spotless and the towels smelled clean and fresh. The only thing I would’ve appreciated is a blow dryer in the bathroom as the one I brought stopped working....

"I spent 7 days at this hotel, conveniently located near Highway 400. The breakfast was simple yet satisfying, but the dining area felt cramped. Unfortunately, room service and cleaning were provided only once during my stay, which was disappointing. The room itself was lacking a bedside lamp, and several bulbs were out. Overall, while the location and breakfast were decent, the lack of consistent room cleaning was a significant downside."

"I normally don't post reviews but decided to post one on this occasion because I felt that some of the negative reviews were deceiving. I stayed on the 2nd floor of the 4 story part of the Hotel. Nice room that was well equipped and clean. Friendly staff. The pool and exercise room were a little small but a nice bonus and welcomed addition. "Our room was clean, and we did see a earwig but that's summer on the ground level so it makes sense. There was a slight musty smell when you entered the room each time.
Absolutely loved the view from our room, looking on to the lake. Check in staff rushed us and sped through the process in a way that made us feel like we were bothering him.
