Luxo Construído em Pedra Villa em Olive Groove, na Orla

Amongst the olive trees, the fruit trees and the flowers, the traditional stone-built 160m2 villa is placed alone on waterfront, less than 30m from the estate’s “private” beach, with stunning view of the bay. It is decorated with respect to the island's tradition and architecture, with some exceptional antiques of the family, while at the same time provides all the comforts of modern living. It consists of :(a) 2 very big bedrooms, (b) 2 large bathrooms, one with bathtub and shower and the other with shower(with a washing machine), (c) a fully equipped kitchen, with all the facilities for cooking, pastry making, etc., that has immediate access to the living room, (d) a large wooden roof living room, with byzantine-style marble floor and a fireplace. In the living room there is a sofa, that can be transformed in 2 separate beds.
Its two huge verandas with their marble tables, offer you the opportunity to have breakfast, dinner, etc., enjoying the majestic sea view.
Another big marble table is placed on the beach, near the sea.

Elaionas in Greek means Olive Grove. “Elaionas Nikou” is a beautiful olive grove estate of 25.000m2, in the embrace of the amazing Gera bay at the South-eastern part of Lesvos island. A shelter of harmony and peacefulness, at the SEAFRONT of the crystal clear waters of the bay.
This villa is the biggest of the five villas of Elaionas and the closest to the sea. It is 30-50m far from the other houses, so total privacy is ensured.
The farm is certified organic and produces high quality olive oil. Many of the olive trees are over 200 years old and are themselves artistic natural sculptures.
In the estate there are also almond, fig, apricot, quince and other fruit trees, that give special flavour to the olive oil we produce.
Walking around, in the farm, you will be fascinated by the smell of wild herbs like oregano, thyme, rosemary, etc.. In the gardens of the house we have planted verbena, sage, mint, marjoram, peppermint, basil , etc.. We also have organic vegetable garden for our use and for our customers. So living in the nature and protecting the environment is our way of living.

Here famous artists have been entertained, such as the painter Yannis Tsarouchis, the Nobel price winner for literature Odysseus Elytis, the painter critic Teriant, while others have placed on canvas the beauty of the area such as Manolis Kaligiannis, Agathe Bunz and Oreste Kanellis.

Alexis and Katerina Nikou, the owners, made their life dream come true in this project, with love, importance to the detail and soul. The propensity of Alexis to gastronomy and good life will be a pleasant surprise to you during your stay here.

The sessions can take place in “Elaionas Nikou” or at the hot springs called “Therma”, which are located at the Gulf of Gera, only 5 km away from the Olive Grove. There you can enjoy your therapeutic bath in the traditional pools before or after your massage.
You can choose among:
• Holistic Massage: During the session, organic olive oil from Lesvos enriched with essential oils is used.
• Thai-Massage: The session focuses on muscular stretching for strengthening and relaxation.
• Reiki: For spiritual and emotional relaxation.
You can combine your massage with extra treatments using the following: Ayurvedic powder, hot stones or crystals; peeling with salt and mud from the Dead Sea or face treatment with essential oils.

Elaionas has a waste water treatment plant. All the lamps are energy saving. We use drip irrigation system for saving water. In the fireplaces we use wood from the pruning of the trees .
