"This property is located on an industrial cut-de-sac making it noisy. The photos of the property make it look much nicer than it is. Most guests were construction workers so there was a lot of activity early in the morning. The coffee pot was unusable to use due to baked on coffee, was not able to clean it off. The air conditioner loud and the beds creaked whenever we moved. We chose this location because of its proximity to Marcy hospital. It was not what we were expecting in comfort. ...

The hotel is run down and need of a major renovation. It could be clean, but you can't tell due to the scuffs and stains everywhere, and the very dated furniture, bathrooms, and electronics.
