"The hotel is under new ownership. Main areas are clean and fresh looking. I’d booked a double room with river view. Tried calling before we arrived to ask if microwave in the room-1st time the call was just hung up on, I assumed it was an accident. Called back twice, no answer. We arrived about 8pm.
