"The destination hotel did a great job. The reservation on their and showed a deluxe king. I received a printout of the reservation as received to the hotel from the hotels.com reservation. My hotels.com reservation clearly shows two queen beds. My suspicion is a Code that is incorrect between the hotel and hotels.com. As far as I can tell the destination hotel did fantastic. But on one point hotels.com failed to give me the correct room. Arriving late in the evening I just stuck with what...

"The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable, with fresh linens and a relaxing atmosphere. The bed was perfect for a good night’s sleep, and everything felt well cared for. The attention to detail in cleanliness and the cozy, welcoming feel made it stand out from other hotels I’ve visited. I would’ve given it an all-around excellent review, but the garbage can outside the property had an unpleasant odor and attracted quite a few bugs, which was a bit off-putting."
