"Staff was courteous and allowed us to check in an hour early, which was very nice. However, there were several issues with the room. The bathroom door didn't properly fit and you had to forcefully pull it closed, which was extremely loud to both open and close. Also, the in-room alarm was previously set, which woke my wife up at 3 a.m. and she had to figure out how to turn it off in the middle of the night. But the biggest problem was the smoke alarm, which started doing three-chirps at 4 a.m....

"The bed was fine and comfortable but the room overall was not good. There was only one small table and suit case stand but no place much to sit things down. The floor was filthy. I walked across it barefoot and got in the shower and dirt flowed of the bottom of my feet. I could walk across the floor and wipe my feet on the bath mat and it would leave black marks on the mat. "Pool and lobby were under remodelation but the employee was accommodating and provided the continental breakfast even tho the breakfast area was closed. The rooms were remodeled a couple of months ago. We were able to relax and had a good night. "
