"The village is beautiful and the staff very helpful. Wonderful place to spend a few days and unwind. Room was immaculate and very charming. Landscaping was so beautiful and attention to detail was noticeable. The food at dinner was very inadequate and substandard. It was served and done in 35 minutes. We were not offered any drinks or even shown a drinks menu. "

"We had a problem when we initially checked into our room. Jeremy, at the front desk was a true professional, he handled it, changed our room and provided a small gift. The hotel itself is a 10/10 it is clean, has activities, has time saver bands for the park, and the staff rule. Shout out as well to the ladies in the quick service location, I remembered a lady for a previous trip, with brown hair a little bit older she said she had been there for close to seven years. Everyone in the QSR...
