"I’ve never stayed in a RRI before and will never again. Was way overcharged due to high demand for graduations. Bare bones accommodations. Shower water pressure poor, everything to do with the bed was not much better than a cot, and the place smelled. Asked for two more pillows and was told that I could have one. Other hotels in the same vicinity and they looked nice and inviting. When I pulled up to the RRI I realized I was in the one hotel in the area that is in need of a major renovation. I...

"I over slept didn't get breakfast i have always enjoyed my stay although this time there was a couple issues with my stay they were going to me take an upstairs room and I have health issues i would have ended up at the hospital had it not been forthw first room not being cleaned proper the next room there was no water pressure in the sink to wash hands or brush your teeth and the only other issue was the pool wasnt open my belief is if a motel has a pooĺor whatever i feel it should be available...

"I confirmed the day before I’d be checking in by 11pm, they said I had until midnight. Even I arrived exhausted from traveling at 1031pm they said they cancelled my reservation and gave the room away because I didn’t answer their call when. Prostitues and a pimp were working the parking. Employee Victor was unprofessional and it took me till 1am to find another hotel, thankfully I did and it was so much better than this dump."
