"The rooms are clean and functional. The beds are relatively comfortable. There's nothing luxurious, but at the same time, the basics work well. The room included a sink, refrigerator, and microwave. The water pressure was good in the shower, and the towels were bigger and softer than some other budget hotels. For our purposes, the location was convenient and easy to get to. Check-in was a breeze."

"Communication though Expedia app was easy and thorough. We were only there overnight for a concert and the weather was terrible so we never saw any staff but the room was great. Very cute property and room. The room was clean, beds were comfy & space was large. We would absolutely stay there again if we’re ever in Lincoln!"

"Refurbished and clean. Still a few odd things, no plug in tub. Staff had to be called to check in. Didn’t have snow shoveled near outdoor entrance but were responsive when I pointed it out. Could be more customer service oriented. Said I should go make sure the exterior door was unlocked for unloading close to room when they could just as easily walked down down and done it as they had no other customers. Staff was polite though. Ok for the price point. "

"We were very impressed with the property, check-in was easy and the clerk at the desk was very friendly. The room was incredibly clean, and the king size bed was very comfortable, and I am picky about my mattresses! The AC unit was not too loud and kept good steady temperature, and the parking lot was not noisy at all. I would not hesitate to stay here again."

"Did not stay. Did not look like profile pictures at all. Owner was very nice but there were folks outside that immediately gave off hood vibes. There was an Adult Store next door also should be noted as attracting a less than desirable crowd. Could not get a refund through Expedia as I did not take photos of the room. I just wanted to get out of there asap. Never had such a disturbing experience so did not know that was the protocol. You get what you pay for so spend a few extra dollars...
