"This property offered free parking last year. I was unaware that it changed several months ago to $10 a day. The parking lot cannot accommodate everyone & yet you are charged upon arrival. This is unfair. The hotel management knows that there are more rooms than spaces for parking. The parking fee needs to stop. "
